Sawtooth is decent for a mall restaurant. Their menu made my head hurt at the end of a long day as it is poorly organized, but eventually you find what you want. I had the Idaho rainbow trout which was good, served with fries, but nothing to rave about. Their tartar sauce is probably the only reason I’d ever choose to go back. Not a bad place but pretty mediocre. It’s a wannabe GW Hunters that fails miserably. I would pick Rock City any day (and the lack of customers at 6 on a Friday says many others would too).
