I am of Chinese heritage and therefore extremely picky when it comes to good Chinese food. I find their special chow mein to be spot on. It reminds me of my Grandmothers which is a rare find in Spokane. It is light, clearly wok fried as it should be and not full of bean sprouts like you might find at Panda Express. Everything I have tried there met or exceeded my expectations. And they actually deliver!

Would I go back? Yes.
Does their takeout menu have a special place on my fridge? Yes.

Chan’s is where its at as far as Chinese food goes in Spokane. They are friendly. They deliver, and besides all of that everything there, and I do mean EVERYTHING is delicious. Their crab rangoon is the best I’ve ever had. Their sweet and sour sauce is perfect. I think you can define true Chinese food by the simple dishes and the sauces. They never disappoint. I love their special chow mein, and I don’t normally go for chow mein. Their Generals chicken is the best I’ve ever had. I’m in love with their almond chicken as well. Hands down this is THE BEST Chinese food in the area. The location on Francis offers a nice atmosphere to eat your food in. The wait staff is friendly and make the experience that much more enjoyable. Next time you’re in the mood for Chinese, eat at Chan’s!!!
