If anyone likes Parisian cafe-inspired brunch and lunch options, Madeleine’s is the perfect spot. Surprising that a place like Spokane houses such a gem. Everything I have has been the best of its kind. Simple salads with fresh ingredients and dressings, homemade soups, panini and quiches. Simple. French. Perfect. Eat at Madeleine’s!

My wife and I stayed a weekend downtown and visited Madeleine’s. It was absolutely amazing! Get the sliders and you won’t be disappointed. The coffee was great. A lot of that has to do with the barista, and the day we were there the young lady that made our coffee clearly knew what she was doing. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to try something different and new downtown.

I’ve been to Madeleine’s three times now. The first was for brunch with Santa Claus around Christmas last year and it was busy but the food and service were superb. The children even got their pictures taken (for free) with the jolly old man and there was live Christmas music.
The next time I went for lunch with my Mother-in-Law and brought my toddler, again the staff was terrific and food even better.
The last time I went was just for a cup of coffee and I profess they know how to make a perfect latte!
Thanks guys and I will be back!

Best latte I’ve had in a long time! Try the Croque Monsieur which is a fabulous fancy ham & cheese sandwich served heated. The cheese is on the outside of the bread; delicious! Nice to sit outside on the quaint cafe tables.

Madeline’s is good, but their prices are not. I guess it’s not surprising for a snooty downtown venture, but Starbucks (right next door) is cheaper. Good food but the prices aren’t justified.

Yummy grilled tomato and cheese with pesto sandwich. I opted for greens on the side. This lunch was great. My colleagues went for the three salad choice which is a great idea for people who just can’t chose.
I could not leave Madeline’s without a Doma coffee cappuccino. Perfect meal for a nice Fall day.
