Flaming Joe’s, in the Spokane Valley, is the place to go if you feel like some good old American spicy hot wings. And boy are they hot. You pick from a five point scale, and you’d be pretty suicidal to go with the hottest. Three is still plenty burning. They taste great, though, and goes well with a serving of cooling coleslaw.
I like the interior too, all with firefighter memorabilia that seems fitting. Flaming Joe’s is definitely the place to go for wings.

I was a doubter at first and there have been ownership changes in the past, but I have to admit to being a full-on, card carrying Joe’s-aholic. It might be time for an intervention. They know me by name. They know what I always order. I will be there today for lunch and next Wednesday after work. It’s pathetic. If you love spicy food, try the Code Red sauce (you can order it on the side for dipping). The current owners are genuinely nice people who appreciate your business and actually work in the restaurant. Be warned, though: Joe’s is habit forming.

All I can say is “Wings”! Every time I visit Spokane I head to Joe’s. Gotta try the Mustard Molly’s or the Oil Patch BBQ wings. Sure you have your option of mild to the fire-breathing widow making Code Red sauce; but what sets Joe’s apart is all the other flavors of wings they offer. Best bet is to go on “Cheap Wing” night which changes every now and again. Best deal and food in town!

Flamming Joe’s is simply the best wing house in the Northwest. I have been going there since it has opened and it has been one of my favorite places to take my clients. My best friend is on the road a lot and frequently stops at hot wing restaurants through the U.S. He has not yet found a place that can beat Flamming Joes. If you want to have the best tasting wings while your there make sure and tell them to turn the fryer to extra crispy. I promise you won’t be let down.

I love this place. They still know me by name even though I moved away and I only make it in only once or twice a year. The sumo’s are probably my favorite and who can say no to a tanker. Great atmosphere and just all around fun to go to.

We go there a least once a month. Great relaxed atmosphere, good beer and great sauces. I like the oil patch or level 5. Great for kids too. Oh yeah the waffle fries are excellent, if you like hot get them backdraft. And blue cheese!!! This place is just a great place and service friendly and quick!!
