Possibly my second favorite taco truck in Spokane is the elegantly named Taco Truck. Not unlike Tacos Tumbras, Taco Truck serves a taco (how many more times can I use the word “taco” here?) that has an authentic Mexican feel. What sets this truck apart is the meat. Sure, it takes a bit longer to get your order, but the charbroiled animal you get on the taco has a superbly great flavor to it. Taco Truck comes highly recommended as an alternative to Tacos Tumbras.
