If I had had more time, I would have stayed this morning to see just how long it took for another soul to eschew the drive through at Victoria’s Espresso on North Pines in the Valley and step inside. I was there for twenty minutes. All by myself in the beautiful dark wood furnished sitting room. Not a single person walked inside. Yet, car after car swung through and orders of quad mochas and extra carmel whipped cream lattes were passed through the window. And even in the pounding rain, in the shelter of vehicles, granitas were being consumed.

Victoria’s is my regular place to get coffee—maybe I just like filling in the punch card, but very, very rarely have I had a soy latte there that was not good, and on the occasions it has not been up to par was when they seemed to be training new staff, so I can forgive that. The prices seem reasonable, which is great when I have to pay extra for soy milk. I also enjoy their sandwiches—they are very large for the price and the pickle that comes with them is good, and I’m not that wild about pickles.

I don’t drink coffee, but we do get yummy sandwiches, soups & salads from Victoria’s. They don’t scrimp on the sandwiches, yet there isn’t so much meat that you could make 2 more. They use quality, fresh ingredients.

And I have to give props to the pickles too. They are really, really good. Crisp, classic deli spears.

The best part is business delivery. We utilize that a lot. Well, actually always.

Victoria’s Espresso is a delight. The coffee’s great, the pastries are fresh and the manager and employees are always fun. Lord knows there are tons of coffee houses, but this is a great place to meet, hang out, and get those morning brain cells going over a cup of hot coffee … not too stout, just smooth and well brewed.

Terrible service ! I went to have lunch with a friend a couple of days ago and it took 25 minutes for 2 deli sandwiches! Counter help was very rude and kept walking away while taking our order. This used to be a nice place to have lunch, I won’t be back!

I used to go there all the time but after my last few experiences I won’t waste my time or money. I have been treated horribly by girls that work there. I am not sure what has changed but I will take my business somewhere it is appreciated.

Been here a few times lattes always just the way i like em and a fair selection of pastries, great for when i am taking my picky mom for lunch, coffee, and a pastry. She never complains here that’s for sure! Sandwiches are on the up and up, tasty and just the right amount of mayo. But it’s the coffee that will bring me to attention. I also go to the drive thrus located throughout Spokane. Great service there too.

Usually the service is great, but lately, well, just not like it used to be and i am just not thrilled with it! I am not an disturbance in your day, i am the reason you have a job. Be happy to see me. Do not act like i am a celebrity, but please make me think that you are happy to see me and don’t keep talking to your co-workers about your last date or whatever drama you had in your life last night/week/month. I do have the ability to go somewhere else for coffee.

I am so disappointed in Victoria’s. I used to suggest this cute little place to everyone and now I would never recommend it. I have time and time again received poor service and product. I own a business in the area and if I heard that my employees had such udder disregard for my customers I certainly would “clean house” and make sure things were running properly!

I have to say that i go to the drive thru more often now. It’s just easier and the clerks in the booth are glad to see me. I would like to think that the main location on pines had picked up it’s standards, but nope. still snotty servers who act like i am an interruption to their day. Well guess what. I will be taking my business elsewhere. you blew it. Utter disregard indeed!
