Stefanie’s is a pastry shop in my neighborhood that opened this spring. I have talked with the owner a few times and really enjoy the place. For my dessert I choose the Huckleberry Cheesecake. Usually I am not a fan of cheesecake. I find it to be heavy and way to sweet. But Stefanie’s didn’t disappoint me. A light creamy cake with fresh huckleberries. I especially liked the white chocolate ganache on the outside. I ate the whole thing in one sitting. She even cut me a big slice. Cut to order, not precut so it dries out in the display case. I am a big fan of Stefanie’s and look forward to her continued success.

Absolutely delicious! Cakes like you have never SEEN. She specializes in sculptured cakes, which are so unique and creative. Best thing is though, that they taste WONDERFUL.

We are SO pleased with our cake. We had a birthday sheet cake, airbrush designed. it was BEAUTIFUL.. and SO delicious. We WILL use Stefanie’s Bakery again!

Loved the cake they created for my daughters 5th birthday. It had gumpaste elephants, ballerina mice and princess on the top. Plus cupcakes with princesses for the girls and frog princes for the boys. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was.
