Where to start with this one…
Went this morning for Sunday breakfast. Service was so bad I had to get up and get my own coffee, even though the waitress kept walking by our table – empty cups obvious. The Country Fried Steak was really good, though the gravy on top was completely bland and tasted oddly of plastic. The hashbrowns were nothing shy of awful and eggs looked poached rather than fried. The real kicker were the fruit crepes Spencer ordered, which the waitress talked us into because they make their own pie filling. These were completely inedible with the crepe batter being barely cooked, thick and doughy, so we sent them back after only one bite. We weren’t offered another menu item in exchange so we ended up sharing the steak. In the end, the bill came with crepes still attached and the waitress had the audacity to tell the manager that we ate an entire crepe (three were included on the plate) and they wouldn’t remove the charge! I mentioned it was our first time eating there and we likely wouldn’t be back if they didn’t display some semblance of customer service. To that we received nothing but dirty looks and more attitude. And suffice to say, we won’t be going back.

I’ve been to Conley’s a quite a few times over the past couple of years, and I’ve never had a bad experience, although admittedly, I have not been there in a few months.
I have always had the breakfast. In fact, my husband always orders the chicken fried steak with biscuits and gravy and he’s always enjoyed it. I get the scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and toast. They were very accommodating when I asked for the toast dry because I didn’t want butter. I always thought the hashbrowns were good too. My daughter likes to get the M&M pancakes, and at $1.99, she gets more than she can finish.
Service and food have always been good for me, and I’m sure I will be back again.

My husband and I have eaten at Conleys many times in the past and have always enjoyed it. However the last time the service was terrible. Slow like 45 minutes from the time of order and the seafood dish my husband had tasted like salt not seafood. The waitress kept making excuses that a party had overloaded the kitchen. I doubt we will be back.

I’ve only had Conley’s for dinner, but I like the place. The problem is its not all over good. The decor is old, and you never seem to get the same waitress twice which makes you wonder why. You have to know what to order, things like the chicken are horrible but the quiche is delicious. Its a toss up. But over all I haven’t had a bad experience here, so I like it. And you must try the cornbread, it tastes almost like cake.

well back when it was pioneer pies, and the place was crazy good, it was great. Now, well it’s a sad state of affairs. With so many places to go i would rather go where the food is great and the service better. i love coffee and hate having towait for the waitstaff to notice my empty cup. Greasy browns and over medium eggs that needed a diaper to soak up the grease. icky just plain icky. Better places are out there, please, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.
